Mold science writing

Mold is so revolting. Mold is poisonous. I am proud of my mold because it has a whole lot of mold on it and I tried to do every thing right to make a fair test. Something that has challenged me is trying to focus on all of my science learning. I have been working on trying to put a whole lot of effort into my learning with mold. I am proud of my mold because it was actually quite hard to do. I really enjoyed placing the food into the bags or containers because it is so much fun and looking at the mold mostly every day. The part that was hard was the part that we had to set up all of the equipment so it was a fair test.

Here is how to set up a mold experiment
Have you ever seen your own revolting mould? Some moulds are good like slime mould and some molds are toxic! Blue vein cheese is made with mould. Penicillin is an antibiotic that comes from mould. Mould is related to mushrooms. Mould is a cousin to mushrooms. If you want to make your own mould then you need to then you need to make sure that you have fair experiments. A fair experiment means that everything needs to be fair. If you want to make you own mould then keep on reading. If your experiment isn’t fair then it's not a real experiment
Equipment:
For testing Light and dark.
  • 2 plastic bags or containers.
  • 2 samples. (Make sure they are all the same samples )
  • 1 sharpie pen.
  • 2 white labels.

Instructions:
  1. Grab the two plastic container or plastic bags.
  2. Place the samples into the two plastic bag or containers.
  3. Place the two white labels onto all of the plastic bags.
  4. Write light on one label and dark on the other label.
  5. Place the lid of the container.
  6. Place the Light samples next to the Windows.
  7. Place the Dark samples in a Dark place or in one of the container in a dark place.
